Many years ago , the life was very difficult and hard .

In the past people lived in tents and huts . They built their tents from animals' wool or stone houses . The family in the past used to get up early every day before the dawn , and then every one went to his work . They worked as drivers , traders , farmers and fishermen . Also the nomads looked after their animals . At that period there were no schools , so there were a man called " Almottawa" who taught the children Holy Quran , Reading and Maths . Also the transportation was very difficult at that time . People used to travel by camels and horses . In the past people suffered from the lack of the medicines be cause there were no hospitals to cure them . Also there were no maids in the houses , so every wife and every woman was responsible of her house and she depended on herself without any help .

So the life in the past was so hard , but the health of the people was good because every one was responsible of , his family and worked hard despite the difficult life .
